Manufactured to Worcester’s high standards, the extension offers a secure fit within the flue system, maintaining proper airflow and ensuring the installation remains fully compliant with boiler and building regulations. Its robust construction makes it ideal for both new boiler installations and upgrades where extra flue length is required. This 1-metre extension helps installers create a smooth, efficient layout without compromising performance, making it an essential component for more complex flue runs.

FAQs

Is this extension compatible with all Worcester flue systems?

No — this extension is specifically designed for Worcester flue systems that use 130mm diameter components. Always check compatibility with your boiler model before purchasing.

Can I use more than one extension in the same installation?

Yes, multiple extensions can often be used, but the total allowable flue length must remain within Worcester Bosch’s guidelines. A Gas Safe installer can advise on the maximum length for your specific boiler.

Does adding an extension affect boiler performance?

Not when installed correctly. As long as the total flue length and number of bends stay within the manufacturer’s limits, performance and safety remain fully compliant.
