Smart Digital Shower Controls

The intuitive digital interface makes it simple to adjust the temperature and flow rate with precision. The touchscreen display provides clear information and includes a clock, while the eco-mode timer helps you keep an eye on shower duration and water consumption. The wireless control hub sits neatly in its magnetic cradle and can be removed for convenient USB-C charging. With months-long battery life, you can enjoy reliable control without needing to recharge it frequently. An optional secondary remote control can also be added, giving you extra flexibility. It can be positioned outside the shower for tasks such as washing children or conveniently placed beside the bed for easier morning starts.

Personalised Shower Experiences

The Mira Shower App allows you to customise each shower with up to ten individual presets, making it easy for the whole family to save their preferred temperature and flow settings. Alternatively, you can select from pre-programmed shower experiences curated by the Mira team. The app also monitors water usage, helping you understand how much water each shower uses and where savings could be made. Combined with the built-in eco timer, the Mira Platinum makes it easier to enjoy a comfortable shower while being more conscious of water consumption.

Multiple Shower Spray Experiences

The Mira 360 handset provides four different spray experiences, allowing you to change the feel of your shower whenever you want. Choose from enveloping Coverage, gentle Cloud, stimulating Burst or rinsing Sweep spray settings. For a more immersive experience, the large 250mm deluge overhead shower delivers generous coverage, helping you enjoy a relaxing rainfall-style shower from above. The dual outlet design allows you to make the most of both the overhead shower and handset for greater versatility.

Temperature and Flow Control

Digital intelligence provides thermostatic temperature stability, helping maintain a consistent shower temperature throughout use. The digital interface displays the selected temperature clearly, while the maximum temperature setting provides an additional level of protection. Flow can also be adjusted to suit your preference. The default flow rate is set at 12 litres per minute and can be adjusted using the Mira app. The minimum adjustable flow rate is 6 litres per minute for the pumped product, while the Digital Valve can deliver up to 12 litres per minute at 0.1 bar under pumped conditions.

Low Pressure Installation and Connections

The Mira Platinum Dual is designed for pumped, low-pressure installations and can operate with a minimum maintained pressure of just 0.01 bar (10cm head). It supports rear-fed water entry, with top or ceiling-fed installation also available depending on the installation configuration. The water inlet connections use 15mm push-fit connections supplied with the shower, or 15mm compression connections where appropriate. The digital mixer connects wirelessly to the digital control, helping provide a clean and modern installation. The electrical supply requires 230V +10% with a 3 amp fused plug. For pumped installations, the maximum maintained pressure is 1.0 bar, while the maximum static pressure is also 1.0 bar.

Safety Features

Safety is built into the Mira Platinum's digital control system. The shower features thermostatic temperature stability, a maximum temperature setting and an over-temperature shutdown function. It is factory-set to a safe maximum temperature of 45°C, helping provide greater peace of mind for everyday family use.
