Mira Platinum Dual Outlet Rear Fed High Pressure Shower

Personalise your showering experience with the Mira Platinum Dual Outlet Rear Fed High Pressure Shower. Combining advanced digital technology with stylish design and intelligent controls, this premium shower gives you precise control over temperature, water flow and shower settings. With touch, app and compatible voice control, you can create a shower experience tailored to your preferences.

Smart Digital Controls

The intuitive digital control makes it easy to adjust the temperature and flow rate or select a one-touch shower experience. A stylish touchscreen display provides clear access to the controls and temperature information, while an integrated clock supports the eco-mode timer. The Mira Platinum can also connect with compatible Amazon Alexa and Google Home setups, allowing you to use voice commands to access your preferred shower settings.

Personalised Shower Presets

With the Mira Shower App, you can create up to 10 personalised shower presets, making it easy for different members of the household to save their preferred settings. Alternatively, you can choose from pre-programmed settings curated by the Mira team. The app also tracks water usage for each shower, helping you understand how much water you use and where potential savings can be made. The eco timer provides another useful way to encourage more efficient showering.

Wireless Control

The wireless control hub can be removed from its magnetic cradle and conveniently recharged using USB-C. Its months-long battery life means you can enjoy wireless control without needing to charge it frequently. For additional flexibility, a secondary remote control can be added. This can be positioned outside the shower for tasks such as washing children or placed elsewhere in the home for convenient access.

Dual Outlet Showering

The Mira Platinum Dual combines a versatile Mira 360 handset with a generous 250mm deluge overhead showerhead. The large overhead provides wide coverage for a more luxurious showering experience, while the handset offers four distinct spray experiences. Simply rotate the Mira 360 handset between its four faces to choose Coverage, Cloud, Burst or Sweep, giving you greater flexibility for different showering needs.

Precise Temperature and Flow Control

Thermostatic temperature stability with digital intelligence helps maintain a comfortable and consistent water temperature. The digital interface displays the selected temperature clearly, while the maximum temperature setting provides an additional safety feature. Variable flow control allows you to adjust the water flow to your preferred level. The default flow rate is 12 litres per minute, which can be adjusted through the Mira app.

High Pressure Performance

Designed for high-pressure systems, the Mira Platinum operates with a minimum maintained pressure of 0.5 bar (5 metre head) and a maximum maintained pressure of 5.0 bar (50 metre head). Maximum static pressure is 10.0 bar (100 metre head). The digital valve can deliver up to 16 litres per minute at 1 bar for the high-pressure configuration. The actual maximum flow depends on the installation, system conditions and type of fittings used. The minimum adjustable flow rate for the high-pressure product is 4 litres per minute, giving users useful control over their showering experience.

Flexible Installation

The Mira Platinum supports rear-fed installation, with water entry through the back or rear-fed configuration. It can also accommodate top or ceiling-fed water entry as specified. Installation uses supplied 15mm push-fit connections or compatible 15mm compression connections. The data connection between the digital control and mixer is wireless, helping provide a cleaner and more flexible installation. The digital mixer uses a supplied 15mm push-fit outlet connection. Electrical supply is 230V +10% with a 3 amp fused plug.

Safety Features

The Mira Platinum is designed with safety in mind, incorporating thermostatic temperature stability, a maximum temperature setting and over-temperature shutdown. The unit is factory set to a safe maximum temperature of 45°C, helping provide added reassurance when correctly installed, maintained and used.
