Merlyn 8 Series Frameless Sliding Door

Bring a sleek, sophisticated finish to your bathroom with the MERLYN 8 Series Frameless Sliding Door. Designed around smooth, effortless movement and a clean minimalist aesthetic, this stylish shower door combines premium-looking details with practical features for everyday use. Standing at 2000 mm high, the door creates a strong sense of height while the frameless styling helps keep the shower area feeling open and uncluttered. Its sliding design is also a practical choice where you want a generous shower entrance without needing the additional floor space required by an outward-opening door.

Sleek Frameless Design

The 8 Series Frameless Sliding Door has been designed to make the glass and smooth lines the focus. Its minimalist appearance allows it to complement both contemporary and more understated bathroom schemes. Concealed fixings help keep the finished installation neat, while the clean sliding design adds a refined touch to the overall enclosure.

Smooth Sliding Action

One of the standout features of the 8 Series is its exceptionally smooth rolling action. The sliding mechanism is designed to provide an effortless opening and closing experience, making the door comfortable to use day after day. The sliding configuration also makes efficient use of space, making it a particularly practical option for bathrooms where floor area around the shower entrance is limited.

8 mm Toughened Glass

The door is manufactured from 8 mm toughened glass, providing a solid and reassuring feel while maintaining the light, open appearance of the frameless design. The glass features Mershield Stayclear easy-clean protection, helping to reduce the build-up of water marks and limescale. This makes regular cleaning easier and helps the glass maintain its clear appearance.

Stylish Chrome Detailing

The supplied finish is Chrome, giving the enclosure a timeless appearance that works well with a wide range of bathroom brassware and accessories. A double handle in the available colour option provides a practical grip while adding a stylish finishing detail to the door.

Flexible Installation

The 8 Series Frameless Sliding Door is reversible, giving you greater flexibility when planning the installation and choosing the configuration that best suits your bathroom. It is also wetroom compatible, making it suitable for appropriate wetroom installations as well as compatible showering configurations.
