Peace of Mind
During installation extra care must be taken to avoid damaging the fittings. We provide a Lifetime Guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials (excluding serviceable parts), providing they have been installed, cared for and used in accordance with our instructions.
Due to the nature of brass, products within any given collection may not be an exact colour match when held side-by-side. While we do our best to ensure consistency within a range, small variations in hue may be present. However, this should not affect the overall look of the bathroom and the brass products will still match to a level that will work perfectly within the same room.
