Heatrae Sadia Electromax 9kW Radiator Electric Flow Boiler

Heatrae Sadia Electromax 9kW Radiator Electric Flow Boiler

The Heatrae Sadia Electromax 9kW Radiator Electric Flow Boiler combines an electric flow boiler, hot water storage cylinder and factory-fitted circulating pump in one convenient system. It is designed to provide wet central heating and domestic hot water, including at the same time when required, with only a mains electrical connection and cold-water supply needed.

Integrated Hot Water Storage

The Electromax features an integral 180-litre unvented cylinder manufactured from high-quality duplex stainless steel. This provides mains-pressure hot water, making it suitable for fast-filling baths, showers and multiple tap outlets. The system is designed for sealed heating systems and offers a compact solution that can fit conveniently into a standard domestic airing cupboard.

Efficient Radiator Heating

Designed for use with standard radiators and thermostatic radiator valves, the Electromax provides controllable wet central heating. A programmable room thermostat allows heating control to be adjusted to suit different usage patterns and off-peak electricity tariffs. The boiler also features minimum and maximum controls for adjusting the water temperature output.

Quiet and Reliable Operation

The Electromax operates silently and incorporates proven solid-state technology designed for long-term reliability. Its soft-start and zero-volt switching help to avoid power surges, while the automatic pump exercise feature helps keep the pump operating correctly during periods when the boiler is switched off. A front control panel provides clear indication of the boiler's operating status.

Flexible Installation

With no flue or fuel tanks required, the Electromax offers greater flexibility when choosing an installation location. It is designed for sealed systems and is available as a dedicated solution for radiator heating, while a separate model is available for underfloor heating applications. The compact design makes it suitable for installation in a standard domestic airing cupboard.

Warranty and UK Manufacture

The Electromax is designed, engineered and manufactured in the UK. It is supplied with a 10-year on-site parts and labour warranty for the cylinder, together with a two-year warranty covering the boiler and other controls. The system is also designed to minimise servicing and maintenance requirements and does not require an annual gas safety certificate.
